Farmers in China strike metal bowls, and thousands of chickens appear from the hillside, arriving at their "feeding time."

中国养鸡的农民敲击金属盆，上万只鸡从山坡上出现，他们到了"开饭时间"。

Unlike what you might imagine with traditional methods, all the chickens are completely free. They are not confined in cages the size of an A4 paper but live as freely as their ancestors did. The only difference is that, in addition to foraging freely for food, they also have scheduled "feeding times."

This makes us start to question whether traditional poultry farming is really reasonable. Chickens spend their entire lives confined in cages and are controlled with medicine to manage diseases. We've always been told that this is the most rational and advanced approach.
